Eric Kogan

Prior to Studio Oakley, Eric was Vice President at Ashland Capital, a Chicago based real estate investment firm focused on value-add multifamily and purpose-built student housing in the Midwest and Southeast regions of the US. During his time at Ashland, Eric was integral in sourcing, structuring, and managing 13 acquisitions totaling $200MM.

Eric has worked in real estate for six years and completed his undergraduate degree at The University of Vermont with a dual degree in finance and economics.

David Shechtman

Prior to Studio Oakley, David was Director of Acquisitions for The Wolcott Group, a Chicago based middle-market real estate investment firm with a national platform. He focused on sourcing opportunistic return profile investments across all asset classes with a preference towards multifamily and manufactured housing.

David has worked in real estate for six years and completed his undergraduate degree at The University of Illinois Champaign with a degree in computer science and physics.
